Coolest Curation: Shoppe Object Show
Nestled within the heart of High Point Market, amidst the bustling aisles and grand showcases, lies a hidden gem that beckons to those with an eye for the extraordinary: Shoppe Object. A show dedicated to celebrating the beautiful, the inspired, and the well-made. Shoppe Object stands as a beacon of creativity and innovation in the world of home and gift shows.
In partnership with its parent company ANDMORE (formerly IMC), Shoppe Object brings together a curated roster of visionary brands and makers, offering an elevated setting that serves as the ultimate resource for tastemaking merchants and influential editors. In October 2023, Shoppe Object expanded its reach, launching Shoppe Object – High Point, a twice-yearly installment at High Point Market dedicated to showcasing a curated selection of home goods and furniture brands.
Stepping into Shoppe Object's installment at High Point Market is like entering a world where creativity knows no bounds and beauty is redefined at every turn. Located on the third floor of High Point's Historic Market Square, the show features over 100 home décor and furnishings brands, each selected for their commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and design excellence.
As I embarked on my journey through Shoppe Object, I was captivated by the array of unique pieces and specialty handmade items that adorned the exhibits. From intricately crafted tiles to sumptuous wallpapers, each item exuded a sense of artistry and individuality that set it apart from the ordinary. The colors were vibrant, the aesthetic fresh, with bolder hues and craftsmanship qualities that spoke to a newfound sense of creativity and exploration.
But what truly stood out to me was the spirit of community and collaboration that permeated the air. Shoppe Object isn't just a trade show; it's a gathering of like-minded individuals united by a shared passion for design and craftsmanship. It's a place where ideas are exchanged, friendships are forged, and creativity flourishes in abundance.
