Fusion of Fashion & Home

The fusion of fashion and home has been on my mind after the stunning Schiaparelli show last week.

Daniel Roseberry’s brilliant ‘Planet Schiaparelli’ collection is the epitome of escapism and surrealism. 🪐✨ He has really brought the return of art to fashion with the sculpted accessories and meticulous embroidery.

For years, one of my mantra’s for my trend presentations has revolved around the relationship between “The Fusion of Fashion and Home.” I love to see how these two creative industries integrate and are reflected within each other.

A few manufacturers in the home furnishings industry remind me of this stylized craftsmanship. The Phillips Collection, Currey & Company, and Visual Comfort & Co. are a few that I pulled inspiration from for this moodboard.

This collection was such a breath of fresh air and a great reminder that fashion is truly an art form that inspires other industries!
